Black Swan Hostel - Barcelona

Located 250 metres from Barcelonas Arc de Triomf and Plaza Urquinaona, Black Swan Hostel offers free snacks, free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms. It has a 24-hour reception and a public area with flat-screen TV.

Fitted with wooden flooring and large floor-to-ceiling windows, rooms boast a rustic décor with modern furniture. The rooms include private lockers with universal plugs, as well as bed linen.

The hostel has a shared bathroom with showers and towels are available at an extra cost.

The property boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and hobs. There are also vending machines selling snacks and drink inside the property.

Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and Gothic district, are 10 minutes’ walk away. The closest metro stations are Urquinaona and Arc de Triomf, just 2 minutes’ walk. Regular buses connecting to Girona Airport and to Costa Brava Coast leave from a bus stop located just 600 metres away.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.
Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, it will be charged total amount.modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.
No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be cancelled if you not inform us that you will not arrive

Check out: from 00:00 to 11:00
Methods of payment: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Property may pre-authorized your card before arrival.
Age restriction: 18-55.
Special conditions:
Groups (bookings of 3 and more people), reservation above 350 euros and for important dates and events*: For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or cancelled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be cancelled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible.
Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that is not always possible!

LATE CHECK-OUTS (without prior agreement) may incur a late check-out fee.
All StagHen parties must take entire rooms, they cannot share with other guests.
